Job Description for Receptionist at TBP (Tirana Business Park)

  • Answer telephone, screen and direct calls 
  • Take and relay messages
  • Provide information to callers
  • Greet persons entering the building
  • Direct persons to correct destination
  • Deal with queries from the public and customers
  • Ensure knowledge of visitors movements inside the company
  • Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support
  • Prepare correspondence and documents
  • Receive and sort mail and deliveries
  • Maintain appointment diary either manually or electronically
  • Monitor and maintain office equipment
  • Control inventory relevant to reception area
  • Tidy and maintain the reception area
  • Helps the guarding & patrolling and CCTV security agents with any information that helps improve the security of the building 
  • Prepare the tax receipt for an extended parking time at the TBP area.

 

Skills and Experience

  • Minimum of 2 year of experience
  • Communication skills - written and verbal
  • Fluent in English both written and spoken
  • Computer literacy
  • Fluent in another foreign language
