Job Description for Receptionist at TBP (Tirana Business Park)
- Answer telephone, screen and direct calls
- Take and relay messages
- Provide information to callers
- Greet persons entering the building
- Direct persons to correct destination
- Deal with queries from the public and customers
- Ensure knowledge of visitors movements inside the company
- Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
- Prepare correspondence and documents
- Receive and sort mail and deliveries
- Maintain appointment diary either manually or electronically
- Monitor and maintain office equipment
- Control inventory relevant to reception area
- Tidy and maintain the reception area
- Helps the guarding & patrolling and CCTV security agents with any information that helps improve the security of the building
- Prepare the tax receipt for an extended parking time at the TBP area.
Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 2 year of experience
- Communication skills - written and verbal
- Fluent in English both written and spoken
- Computer literacy
- Fluent in another foreign language
