ICTS Albania delivers a variety of training programs suited to all security positions and levels of expertise.

A dedicated team of security professionals, part of ICTS Europe’s Product Quality Control and Training (PQCT) Department, are responsible for determining the training requirements both for our staff and that of our clients. Specially tailored packages are designed to complement and easily integrate into existing programs, offering a bespoke, relevant and practical approach to learning.

ICTS Europe technological subsidiary, ICTS Europe Systems, has been responsible for the design of specific training programs such as Eagle. ICTS Albania uses Eagle which is a computer-based training (CBT) platform, to support a wide range of security training programs including X-ray screening and General Security Awareness Training (GSAT).

Our team of trainers are appropriately certified by ACAA (Albanian Civil Aviation Authority)and are fully qualified in accordance with national and international standards. All have been selected for their teaching ability and their practical experience in the security industry.
